The mission of the conference is to attract talented young people to scientific activities in the field of hotel and restaurant business.
Form of participation: full-time, part-time.
Conference languages: Ukrainian, English.

1. Innovative development of hotel and restaurant business: service, hospitality, tourism.
2. Management and marketing in the hotel and restaurant business. IT technologies in the field of hospitality.
3. Modern approaches to the introduction of additional animation, SPA and Wellness services in the hotel business.
4. Design and engineering of hotel and restaurant facilities. Project management in the hospitality industry.
5. The latest cooking and design technologies. Trends in the bar industry.
Within the framework of the scientific conference there will be a round table “Main problems and recommendations in the training of the hospitality industry” with the participation of students, graduate students, research and teaching staff, leading experts in the hotel and restaurant business.
