The All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the fields of knowledge and specialties, including the specialty “Hotel and restaurant business” is a system of mass face-to-face competitions of students of higher educational institutions in the creative application of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, held annually to improve the quality of training; systematic improvement of the educational process, intensification of educational and cognitive activities of students.
All-Ukrainian Olympiads are held annually in 2 stages.
The first stage is held among bachelors and masters in certain subjects of certain specialties. The second stage is held among the winners of the first stage in the institutions designated as basic.
