Сьогодні у нас дуже радісна новина! Нещодавно кафедра готельно-ресторанного бізнесу отримала грант на 5000 евро для покупки мультимедійного обладнення. На ці гроші було куплено супер сучасну мільтимедійну смарт-дошку, відео систему для проведення гібридних лекцій і генератор електричного струму. Все це стало можливо завдяки La Fondation pour la Formation Hôtelière (Швейцарія). Фондація з навчання готельному бізнесу вже більше 10ти років співпрацює і допомагає нашому університету! За цей час було впроваджено багато навчальних проектів, куплено професійне обладнання і організована лабораторія “Кулінарного мистецтва”.
Тепер завдяки новій смарт-дошці і відео-системі ми зможемо проводити гібридні лекції на високому рівні з використанням сучасних інструментів по типу Miro Board та інших. Тепер нам не страшні ні відключення світла, ні проблеми з поганим звуком та світлом із вікна, що заважає трансляції презентацій з проектора. Виходимо на новий рівень навчання!
І ось сьогодні ми вже провели перший захід з використанням всього цього обладнення. Студенти грали в готельно-ресторанний брейн-ринг, малювали на тач-скрині, робили презентації та транслювали все це у Zoom. Всі у захваті і готуються до нових проектів.

Today we have very exciting news! The department of hotel and restaurant business recently received a grant of 5,000 euros for the purchase of multimedia equipment. With this money, we were able to buy a super-modern multimedia smart board, a video system for hybrid lectures, and an electric generator. All this became possible thanks to the La Fondation pour la Formation Hôtelière (Switzerland). The Foundation for Hotel Business Education has been cooperating with and assisting our university for over 10 years! During this time, many educational projects have been implemented, professional equipment purchased, and a “Culinary Arts” laboratory organized.
Now, thanks to the new smart board and video system, we can conduct hybrid lectures at a high level using modern tools like Miro Board and others. We are no longer afraid of power outages or problems with poor sound and light from the window that interferes with the projection of presentations from the projector. We are moving to a new level of education!
And today, we have already held the first event using all this equipment. Students played in the hotel and restaurant brain-ring, drew on the touch screen, made presentations, and broadcast all this in Zoom. Everyone is thrilled and preparing for new projects.
